Things you can do to help your claim:
- Notify us as soon as possible.
- Immediately take all necessary steps to secure the property and prevent further damage.
- Take photos of the damage to your property and keep the items so the insurer can assess the damage.
- Collect personal details of all other parties involved.
- Do not admit Liability.
- Report incidents like burglaries, theft, injuries and malicious damage to your local Police.
